1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of LastPickr, operated by Northlight Ventures Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Our company number is 17372444, our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, and you can contact us at support@lastpickr.co.uk.

2. Accounts and age groups

• Players aged 18 or over may create an adult account.
• Players aged 13–17 may create a junior account. Junior accounts cannot appear in public leagues or overall public leaderboards.
• A player under 13 may use a parent-managed account only after a parent or guardian approves it using the email process we provide.
• Junior and parent-managed accounts cannot receive marketing and are visible only inside private leagues they join.
• Use a suitable display name, provide accurate information, and keep login details secure. Do not use multiple accounts to manipulate games or rankings.

3. Parent and guardian controls

A guardian approving an under-13 account confirms that they have parental responsibility or authority to give that approval. Guardians may manage reminder preferences, withdraw approval, or request closure using a secure control link. Withdrawing approval blocks the child’s access. We may contact the guardian about safety, consent, or important account changes, but not for marketing.

4. Survival-game rules

1. Eligible players enter before the published competition entry deadline. Later players may participate only in non-survival progression where offered.
2. Choose one team to win in each open gameweek before its deadline, normally the first scheduled kickoff.
3. You may change a pick any number of times before the deadline. The last valid saved pick is final.
4. You cannot reuse a team during the same survival competition.
5. A draw, defeat, or missed pick eliminates an active survival entry.
6. A void fixture rolls affected players forward without using that team, according to the displayed fixture decision.
7. The game continues until one player remains. If multiple players remain after the final gameweek, they are joint winners for version 1.
8. Other players’ picks remain hidden until the relevant gameweek deadline.

5. Fixtures and corrections

We may correct a fixture, score, deadline, or processing error and recalculate affected picks, statuses, progression, and rankings. We will apply corrections consistently and preserve an audit trail where practical. If a material outage prevents fair participation, we may extend a deadline before kickoff, void an affected round, or take another reasonable step.

6. Leagues and conduct

Private leagues compare members within the game; they do not change the survival rules. Invitations must be shared responsibly. Do not harass others, impersonate people, reveal another person’s private information, upload malicious material, exploit the service, or attempt unauthorised access. League owners may remove members, and we may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety or a material breach.

7. Progression and rankings

XP, ratings, divisions, streaks, badges, and rankings are gameplay features with no monetary value. We may correct or rebalance them to address errors or manipulation. When a junior turns 18, adult features become available, but marketing and public visibility remain off until the player chooses otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

LastPickr software, design, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Club, competition, and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. LastPickr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or any football club unless expressly stated.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, LastPickr is provided for personal entertainment and we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from consumer use.

10. Ending an account

Players may request account closure. A guardian may withdraw approval or close an under-13 account. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, security risk, safeguarding concern, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact us.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, safety, security, or service changes. Material changes will be notified and may require renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer rights where you live.
